Hi! Stick Drop Lax is a small, family-run business that utilizes a made-to-order business model. This means we don't hold inventory and actually work with production partners to produce inventory when orders are placed.
Basically, as our customers place orders with us, we place orders with our suppliers to produce items for them. We do this to keep our costs low and quality high.
With that said, we want to offer you our guarantee that the product you order will arrive in a timely fashion and without defect. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll gladly offer you a replacement or refund.
Because we produce our items on demand with our production partners, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for other reasons.
